Round One – Conversation Between Six Actors
1. A trip I once took really changed my life
劇烈改變我一生的是一場旅行
2. I was changed as a result of stopping and staying during the trip
也因為旅行中的停止與逗留改變了我
3. They appear as if in a deep sleep after extreme exhaustion
它們始終像極度疲倦後的一場酣睡
4. Short lived dew on spring flowers
春花間的短暫雨露
5. Gave me hopes and ideas about the possibilities in life
使我對人生的可能性有一種期待與想像的空間
6. It’s easy to say things like where we’d like to visit
我們很容易說想去那兒旅行等等的話
1. But we’re highly likely to hesitate when the trip becomes a reality

1. Suddenly three conditions I had waited for came together

2. The trip was on right away

3. My fears were completely replaced by excitement and being busy

5. It was as if I was taking the first half of my 25 years with me

6. When I said goodbye I had no regrets at all

1. But four years later when I set out to return home I cried at the airport

3. It also took me a week or maybe even longer to pack my bags for the homeward journey

享受溫度日光與空氣中傳來季節的訊息

使我的年老有了渴望的路徑
而《我去旅行IV》則是應用截然不同的手段在表達旅行的另外延伸意義。這個系列是與台東劇團合作的表演,在台東的海邊做一行動藝術與劇場混雜的荒誕劇場2(Theatre of Absurd)般的呈現,劇完全不搭景、道具採極簡主義僅用海邊的石頭與沙、舞台則完全仰賴演員們的移動才製造出場域這樣的空間感。劇中,演員們的表情與肢體跟語言毫無關聯,演員們以卡農一人一聲部輪說的方式,面無表情,一句接一句完成一段獨白般關於旅行的敘事,並且用非常多種方式不斷重複著這個敘事段落,輪著接力、不斷重複、倒述分開的句子,故事本身並不長,約五分鐘內即可聽完整個段落,然而它不斷地被解構、以不同方式呈現著。與荒誕劇場同樣地挑戰戲劇文本的意義,摒棄結構、情節上的邏輯,直接反應這種現實裡的荒謬,以暗寓的方式指出生活的片段,以無聊來表示無聊之感。
